These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and AMBIZENT FZC LLC(“Deskloc”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the ANC Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
If you are using Deskloc on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Deskloc provides a suite of cloud-based business management software applications for UAE and GCC businesses, including:
Services are provided on a subscription basis (Free and paid plans) as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use Deskloc services to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are as published on our pricing pageand are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
The Free plan is provided at no cost subject to usage limits described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with reasonable notice.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. For annual subscriptions, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
All prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%) where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan and your data retained for 90 days before deletion.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Deskloc (“Your Data”). By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Data solely to provide the services to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of Your Data, including the accuracy of invoices, tax calculations and financial records you generate using our tools. Deskloc is a software tool — it does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Upon account closure, you may export Your Data at any time. We will retain it for 90 days after closure before permanent deletion, except where legal retention obligations apply.
Deskloc Flow includes AI-powered features (such as AI Business Insights and Revenue Forecasting) powered by third-party AI models including Anthropic Claude. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
All rights, title and interest in the Deskloc software, brand, trademarks, logos, and website content are owned by AMBIZENT FZC LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on our software or content without our prior written consent.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMBIZENT FZC LLC and its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
